Starting his journey behind the decks in 2000, Lee quickly developed a reputation for deep musical knowledge and genre-spanning taste. Growing up immersed in all styles of music, his true passion ignited in the late 1990s as the emerging sounds of trance and progressive began shaping club culture worldwide. As time progressed, his sound evolved toward darker, more driving territory, embracing harder-hitting kicks, deeper basslines, and more atmospheric, late-night energy while still retaining musicality and emotion. Inspired by the era’s pioneering artists and the explosion of Balearic-influenced house music, he began crafting sets that balanced energy, emotion, and atmosphere.

In the early 2000s, he joined the now-retired brand Raw2TheBone, helping take the brand in new directions alongside the team, with an increasing focus on trance and harder, more driving sounds. During this time, he built a strong regional presence while continuing to develop a sound rooted in trance and house, without losing the broad musical influences that shaped his early years. Known for reading crowds and delivering dynamic journeys rather than predictable sets, he became a respected name across local and regional circuits.

By the 2010s, his profile had grown to include performances at major events and iconic club brands, including appearances connected to Gatecrasher, alongside hosting and promoting parties across Yorkshire. During this period, he further refined his identity as both a selector and event curator, helping shape dancefloors and local scenes alike.

In 2013, he stepped away from the industry, beginning a 12-year hiatus from performing and production. However, the passion for electronic music never faded.

A pivotal moment came during a visit to Drumsheds, where witnessing the energy and precision of artists such as Paul Kalkbrenner and Joris Voorn reignited his creative drive. Alongside this, reconnecting with the emotional depth and community feel of Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy further strengthened his connection to electronic music culture. Conversations and shared aspirations with fellow producer and DJ Tone Sutcliffe also played a key role in motivating a return to the studio environment.

In late 2025, he returned to music production with renewed focus, bringing together decades of listening experience, club knowledge, and modern production techniques. Today, he is focused on creating forward-thinking electronic music while staying true to the emotional depth and energy that first drew him to the scene, with clear aspirations to push his sound further while contributing meaningfully to the evolving electronic music landscape.
